 HVACC: New Monitoring Center
Friday, December 20, 2002 - 01:13 PM

HVACC / Company The New 24-Hour monitoring center is up and operational.

In the event of a system failure or event, an alarm will be generated to notify operating personnel. The alarm calls in (via dial-up modems or the internet) and reports the alarm condition to the monitoring center. The monitoring center staff then contacts the designated personnel to inform them of the alarm condition.

Features of the New Monitoring Center and Systems
(1) Reduced number of computers - Two redundant stations allow multiple operators to work in the monitoring center at the same time.
(2) Web Integration - Incoming alarms and associated contact attempts are stored in a web-accessible database and all alarm information and service information is accessible to our customers online. Contact Greg Bellamy for access and training.
(3) Demonstration / Training Area - Conference table with large format (plasma) displays for demonstrating our products and services and training.
(4) New High-Tech aesthetics with high end furniture, glass enclosure and sign.
